THIS EVENT IS FOR COURTHOUSE PUPILS ONLY
Our resident DJ, Mr Gray, will be entertaining the kids with music and games. We will have a cafe selling hot food, drinks stall, tuck shop and raffle.
The disco is a cashless event; children can spend tokens left over from previous events or new tokens can be purchased before the event or on the day (each token is worth 50p). Any unspent tokens can be used at other PTA events.
Example Price list:
Pizza 1 token (50p)
Hot Dogs (veggie options available) 2 tokens (£1)
Drinks 1 token each (50p)
Raffle tickets 1 token for 2 tickets (50p)
Sweet bags 1 token (50p)
Tuck Shop 1 token (50p) per item
Where can my child use their tokens?
Tokens can be used for the:

Will my child still be able to use cash?
No, they will need to exchange cash for tokens at the token counter by the front desk. Don't worry we'll make sure there's signs to make it clear.
How much is one token worth?
Each token is worth 50p. For example:

£2 = 4 tokens

£5 = 10 tokens
How do I buy tokens?
Tokens can be purchased here online. We'll give your child their tokens when they check in at the disco.
Or you will be able to purchase tokens at the disco on the front desk by check in. We'll be accepting cash or card.
Can my child keep their unspent tokens?
Yes, keep any tokens that you don't spend and bring them to our next event.
Why are you moving to tokens?
We know people use cash less these days, it also allows advance selling and minimise that amount of cash we have in school.
